Who can order?
Adults aged 19 or older with a delivery address in British Columbia.
What are the order limits?
By law, a single order can contain no more than the equivalent of 30 g of dried cannabis. Each product counts toward that amount according to the federal equivalency table:

Each product page shows how much it counts toward the limit, and the cart shows your total. You cannot check out until the cart is at 30 g or less.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 1 to 4 business days within BC after dispatch. See Shipping and Delivery.
Do I need ID when my order arrives?
Yes. An adult aged 19 or older must sign and show valid government-issued photo ID. Orders cannot be left unattended or handed to anyone under 19 or anyone who appears intoxicated.
Can I return or exchange a product?
No. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or opened products. The only exceptions are products that arrive defective (expired, mouldy, or damaged in transit), shipping errors (wrong item, wrong quantity, or an item missing), recalled products, and orders lost in transit. Email info@affinitycannabis.ca within 15 days of delivery with your order number, lot number and a photo. Do not send anything back until we confirm. See our Purchase Terms and Conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
Only before it ships. Contact us right away at info@affinitycannabis.ca or 604-834-3989. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days after you placed it, you can cancel it before delivery for a full refund. See our Purchase Terms and Conditions.
What if my order is not delivered or picked up?
Canada Post returns it to us. Once it arrives back, we refund the product price. The shipping fee is not refunded.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through Moneris. Payment is taken before shipping.
