Shipping and Delivery

Dope Direct is the mail-order service of Affinity Cannabis, operated by Affinity Cannabis Store Inc. (LCRB licence 450507).

Where we ship

British Columbia addresses only. We cannot ship outside BC. Orders can go to a PO box. Canada Post will leave a notice, and an adult aged 19 or older collects the package at the post office with valid photo ID.

How we ship

Orders are packed in plain, odour-proof, child-resistant packaging and shipped from our licensed store by Canada Post, with a signature and proof of age (19+) required on delivery. Orders are dispatched only after payment has been received in full.

Timing

Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays), after payment is confirmed. Most BC addresses receive them in 1 to 4 business days, and remote areas can take longer. You will get tracking details by email.

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Proof of age on delivery

An adult aged 19 or older must sign and show valid government-issued photo ID. Packages are never left at the door. If nobody eligible is available, Canada Post will leave a notice so you can collect the package at a post office with ID. Packages that are not collected are returned to us. Once a returned package is back with us, we refund the product price; the shipping fee is not refunded.

Order limit

Each order can contain up to the equivalent of 30 g of dried cannabis.
